WAIVERS

Hold Harmless: By agreeing to exhibit at ishcon, the exhibitor agrees to protect, keep and save ishcon, Durham Convention Center and any of their agents forever harmless from any damages, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of God, terrorism or expense that arises from their exhibiting at this show. This agreement covers full setup, run, tear down, and exit of Show. By signing the waiver, you are indicating your approval of all information contained.  

Moral Clause: I will not tear down my booth until end of event, or sell or distribute copyrighted material.  

  Thank you for your interest in ishcon 2024. Once application is received, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to make payment. Please submit a 50% deposit within 72 hours to lock your spot. Tables are NOT reserved until payment is received in full. Ishcon reserves the right to reject any application or vendor at anytime, for any reason.
